• Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population, conducting thorough nursing assessments and assisting with exams and treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional healthcare teams to ensure effective and efficient care, achieving desired treatment outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, advocating for patient rights and needs.
• Participate in unit and shared governance initiatives, serving as a preceptor to students or new employees, and contributing to service line or hospital-wide initiatives.Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing.
  • Strong clinical skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
