Job Title: RN Charge NurseJob Summary:The RN Charge Nurse will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This position requires a skilled and compassionate nurse who can lead and manage a team of caregivers to provide exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and implement care plans as directed
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform narcotic reconciliation
• Monitor and oversee the work of aides and initiate incident reports as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in special projects and functions assigned by the Director of Nurses and/or AdministratorRequirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
