Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at Saint Luke's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a group of patients assigned to the nurse based on matching the patients' needs with the nurse's competencies.
• Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
  • Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support certification.
  • AHA ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within 60 days of hire.
