Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Saint Luke's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a group of patients assigned to your care, matching their needs with your competencies.
• Complete established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your clinical skills.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
  • Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support certification.
  • AHA ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within 60 days of hire.
  • S.T.A.B.L.E. certification for NICU- Level 2 Nursery.Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
