POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse PACU II to join our team at Baptist Medical Center.

As a Registered Nurse PACU II, you will provide professional nursing care for patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric, within the nurse's competencies following established standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of [state]
* BSN degree or higher
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a PACU setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
