This night shift role involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, ensuring quality outcomes through clinical excellence and strong patient advocacy. Candidates should possess solid acute care experience, clinical assessment expertise, and a calm, responsive approach to emergency situations.*Key Responsibilities:** Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care based on nursing process and standards.* Explain procedures and treatments to patients to ensure understanding and reduce anxiety.* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing protocols.* Monitor vital signs, patient reactions, and condition changes; report findings promptly.* Assist physicians during exams and emergency procedures.* Prepare equipment, instruments, and rooms for treatments and procedures.* Document assessments, patient history, nursing interventions, and outcomes.* Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions.* Respond swiftly to life-saving situations, upholding all safety and clinical policies.* Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.*Required Qualifications:** Current RN license in Texas (Required).* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.* At least 1 year of experience in emergency services as a direct care provider.* Demonstrated proficiency in acute care and emergency nursing.* Strong clinical assessment skills and multitasking capabilities.* Willingness to act as Charge RN when needed.*Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN).* Flexible with scheduling and open to working in various patient care areas.*Application Process:*Please submit your resume to *neshat@medcadre.com *or Call *(949) 508-1466*.
