Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1525.94 - $1672.04 Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds - 48 · Number of Staff – 39 · Type of staff: o Full Time OT/PT/SLP including PTA/COTA o PRN OT/PT/SLP including PTA/COTA · Patient Ratios – 4-5 patients (5.5 to 6 hours of treatment) · Guaranteed hours: 36 · All travelers are required to float · Documentation system: Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: · Must have In-Patient Rehab experience · Must have Acute care experience Preferred or nice to have: · 2-3 Years of experience in Inpatient Rehab and/or acute hospital. · Bilingual (English & Spanish) · NDT or brain injury certifications List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapy - patient evaluations & treatments · Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments Best personality Fit: · Flexible & hardworking REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · Active OT or PT license in Texas Floating Area(s): · Acute care Dress Code: · Scrub Color · o PT/OT: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pant, sage green scrub jacket. White or black undershirts only · Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy · Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors.
