seeking an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in
Texas with at least one year of OT experience and active licensure.
\n \n Responsibilities\n Position based in a skilled nursing
facility (SNF) and long-term care (LTC) setting Monday through
Friday, 8-hour day shifts with flexible start times between 6AM and
10AM as coordinated with the Director of Rehabilitation Role
involves patient assessment and therapy for a variety of
rehabilitative and long-term care needs Work closely with an
interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-specific
therapy plans Dress code and other workplace policies can be
confirmed during interview No more than 5-7 days of requested time
off will be considered per contract \n \n Requirements\n Active
Occupational Therapist license in Texas required if applicable
Minimum one year of OT experience required Experience in an LTC or
SNF setting required New graduates accepted if Level II fieldwork
experience completed One professional reference required for
