Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Fredericksburg, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,794 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: January 2, 2026 Location: Fredericksburg, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a), 1:4-5 patient ratio, every other weekend required Highlights: 10-bed ICU unit with experienced team of 12 nursing staff Advanced critical care procedures including STEMI and stroke protocols, conscious sedation, chest tubes, codes, and intubation support State-of-the-art equipment including Phillips monitors, HillRom beds, Omnicell, Lifepak 20e defibrillators, and Lucas devices Meditech Expanse EMR system No on-call requirements, no floating to other units Day and night shift opportunities available Requirements: Active Texas RN license Minimum 3 years recent ICU experience required Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications Previous charge nurse experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently with strong critical thinking skills Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a dedicated ICU team in the scenic Hill Country region where you'll provide high-acuity critical care in a supportive environment.
