The Opportunity • Join a collaborative multi'specialty team including Family Medicine, FMOB, ObGyn, and subspecialists serving 5 counties and 45,000 residents. • High'volume obstetrics: 40-50 deliveries per month, ~20% C'sections. • 4'day workweek option, split between clinic and OR. • Choose a heavier GYN focus with OB call, or a balanced 50/50 practice. • Brand'new L&D rooms, a separate large women's unit, a dedicated OB OR suite, and a women's imaging center with advanced technology. • New medical office building opening in 2026 to expand services. • Competitive compensation: $400,000 guaranteed base plus wRVU and quality incentives. • Sign'on bonus, relocation allowance, 6 weeks PTO, $5k CME, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits. • Retirement options include 403b match, 457b eligibility, and 401A. • Eligible for government loan repayment programs.
