Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric ER Location: San Antonio, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,670 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Peds ER RN in San Antonio, Texas, 78229! Job Opportunity – Pediatric Emergency Department RN – Texas Start Date: November 21, 2025 Location: San Antonio, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week (options include 7A-7:30P, 7P-7:30A, 1P-1:30A, 3P-3:30A); rotating weekends; 36 guaranteed hours Highlights: 13-week assignment in a 36-bed pediatric emergency department with dedicated trauma rooms High-volume pediatric emergency care with 200-250 patients daily during peak season 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratios with comprehensive support team including pharmacist, tech, mid-level providers, and physicians Meditech documentation system with standard pediatric emergency equipment New facility environment with strong team culture and collaborative approach Opportunity to work with full pediatric patient population across all ages and acuity levels Requirements: Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted) Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required Current BLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC certifications Experience working in a pediatric environment or mixed ED with adult and pediatric patients Ability to float to ED holds or inpatient units as needed Proficiency in IV placement, catheterization, medication reconciliation, and pediatric interventions Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a fast-paced, state-of-the-art pediatric emergency department that exclusively focuses on caring for children and their families.
