The ideal candidate is clinically strong, adaptable, and comfortable caring for critically ill patients with complex needs. Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to patients with multi?system conditions. - Perform continuous assessment, monitoring, and intervention for unstable patients. - Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage advanced therapies per protocol. - Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. - Maintain accurate documentation within the facility’s EMR. - Uphold safety, infection control, and ICU best practices at all times. Required Qualifications - Active RN license (state or compact). - Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience. - Strong clinical assessment and critical?care skills. - Ability to work full 12?hour night shifts. Contract Details - Standard 13?week contract. - 36 hours per week guaranteed.
