Job Description Pediatric Gastroenterology opening in San
Antonio, TXSeeking a *faculty member* for a full-time position in
the Department of Pediatrics, specializing in Pediatric
Gastroenterology with a focus on Motility Disorders. This role
includes a faculty appointment, competitive salary, and full
benefits.Position Highlights: Clinical responsibilities include
outpatient and inpatient care, consultative services, and
performing general GI procedures. Supervision and education of
medical students, residents, and fellows. Involvement in the
first-of-its-kind Advanced Endoscopy fellowship program.
Opportunity to pursue clinical research with support from the
Voelker Clinical Research Center.Minimum Qualifications: M.D.,
Ph.D., D.O. degree, or equivalent. Completed ACGME-approved
fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology (or equivalent). Texas
Medical Board licensed (or eligible). Board-certified or eligible
for a specialty certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
