Job Description:
This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus Summary
Responsible for assigned nursing roles in the Cath Lab including
Holding and Recovery; gives direct and indirect care as indicated
by patient condition; works with patients from adolescents to
geriatrics. Supervises subordinates to ensure patient safety
standards are attained. Completes established competencies for the
position within designated introductory period. Other related

Education: MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of
nursing PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree from accredited
college or university Experience: MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year in
critical care, ED or OR PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Cardiac Cath Lab or
Special Procedures experience Certifications: REQUIRED
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State License
for Registered Nurse REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR):
Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire
(ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within
60 days of hire AHA ACLS must be completed within 60 days of hire
