POSITION SUMMARY Nursing Director - Cardiac / Telemetry

the Nursing Director for Cardiac/Telemetry Services, you'll lead a
dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional, compassionate care.
You'll oversee day-to-day operations and long-term strategic
planning for one to two departments, ensuring quality outcomes and
staff engagement while maintaining a culture of collaboration and
accountability. Your leadership will influence: Clinical
excellence: Drive evidence-based practices and performance
improvement initiatives. Team development: Recruit, mentor, and
empower top nursing talent. Operational success: Manage budgets,
staffing, and resources to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
Collaboration: Partner closely with physicians, department leaders,
and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals. This
position reports directly to hospital administration and plays a
key role in advancing our cardiac and telemetry service lines. Who

What You'll Bring Education: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
(BSN) Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, or a related
field Experience: Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in
cardiac, telemetry, or a related specialty Preferred: 3-5 years of
progressive nursing leadership or management experience
Licensure/Certifications: Current Texas RN License (will consider
candidates with compact license) Specialty or Nurse Executive
certification (preferred) Active BLS certification (AHA required
