Physician Practice to oversee and optimize our rural clinics. This

chance to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities: - Lead
and manage multi-provider physician practices within rural health
clinics. - Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with
all regulatory standards. - Drive workflow efficiency, financial
performance, and patient experience improvements. - Collaborate
with executive leadership on strategic planning and quality
initiatives. - Supervise clinical and administrative staff,
fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. - Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of EHR systems, billing, and compliance
requirements. - Develop and implement operational policies and
procedures to enhance overall clinic performance. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years managing multi-provider physician practices,
preferably in rural health settings. - Strong operational,
financial, and workflow optimization expertise. - Proven leadership
capabilities with experience guiding clinical and administrative
teams. - Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance, patient
experience strategies, and EHR systems. - Excellent organizational,
communication, and collaborative skills. - Ability to adapt to
evolving healthcare environments and strategic priorities. Nice to
Have Skills: - Advanced certifications in healthcare management or
related fields. - Experience with telehealth integration and
digital health initiatives. - Prior involvement in strategic
planning and quality improvement projects. - Familiarity with rural
health regulations and funding mechanisms. Preferred Education and
Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration,
Business, Nursing, or related field required. - Master’s degree
preferred. - Relevant licenses and certifications in healthcare
management or practice administration are advantageous. Other
Requirements: - No travel requirements unless specified. -
Willingness to stay current with industry standards and best
practices. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment. Hourly Pay Rate: $89.70 Benefits include
