RN in San Antonio, Texas, 78229! Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse
– Transplant & Cellular Therapy – Texas Start Date: November 25,
2025 Location: San Antonio, Texas Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend;
office and infusion bay settings with patient ratios of 6:1
(infusion) to 10:1 (office) Highlights: Specialize in transplant
and cellular therapy, including bone marrow transplant and immune
effector cell therapy Work in a 14 exam room, 21 infusion bay, 5
treatment room clinic environment with remote patient monitoring
and IV pump technology Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of
18 staff members in a fast-paced, high-acuity oncology setting EMR:
Meditech Float opportunities to BMT and oncology inpatient units
Professional dress code: Navy blue scrubs Requirements: Active RN
license in Texas Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience
required Chemotherapy administration certification required Strong
background in chemotherapy and biotherapy administration Preferred:
Bone marrow transplant and/or immune effector cell therapy
experience Ability to manage stem cell infusions, pre- and
post-care, and immune effector cell infusion protocols Flexibility,
multitasking skills, and adaptability to dynamic patient care needs
