Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: San Antonio, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,662 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: December 22, 2025 Location: San Antonio, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM; 36 guaranteed hours per week; rotating weekends; 3 shifts per week Highlights: 14-bed high-acuity COVID ICU with advanced interventions including VV ECMO capability 1:2 patient ratio with complex critical care patient population Meditech documentation system with access to advanced life-support equipment including ECMO and CRRT (NxtStg) 13 or 26-week assignment available in a facility with over 50 years of patient-focused care excellence Opportunity to work with experienced staff in a faith-based healthcare organization Procedures include ECMO management, CRRT, chest tube insertions, and central line insertions Requirements: Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted) Minimum 2 years ICU experience required ACLS and BLS certifications current and active NIH certification Comfortable managing patients on vasoactive drips Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring ECMO and CRRT (NxtStg) experience preferred Meditech experience preferred Flexibility to float to other units as needed per facility policy Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity critical care environment where you'll utilize advanced clinical skills including ECMO management and complex hemodynamic support.
