registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. An opportunity is available for an experienced ICU
Registered Nurse to provide critical care in a skilled intensive
care unit setting. This contract position based in Boerne, TX,
offers the chance to contribute to patient-focused care within a
highly regarded medical environment. Qualifications and Desired
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years ICU nursing experience Active
Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted) Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification Strong critical thinking
and clinical assessment skills Preferred: Experience in MICU or
MSICU, exposure to IABP and CRRT Familiarity with Meditech
documentation system is a plus Responsibilities: Deliver
comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients requiring
advanced monitoring and interventions Perform procedures such as
chest tube management, intubations, central and arterial line care,
and insertion of NG tubes and Foley catheters Adhere strictly to
unit protocols including timely shift attendance, documentation,
and professional dress code standards Comply with floating policies
as necessary Schedule: 7A - 7:30P or 7P - 7:30A shifts Rotating
weekends Guaranteed 36 hours per week Location Insight: Boerne, TX,
