Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering dental care to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payers This role offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.
