Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care, a leader in the provision of dialysis services,
is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Licensed Vocational
Nurse (LVN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible
for delivering exceptional care to patients with kidney disease and
related conditions in our state-of-the-art clinics. The ideal
candidate will have a deep commitment to patient health, robust
knowledge of dialysis procedures, and a compassionate approach to
care. Administer dialysis treatment to patients in compliance with
physician orders. Monitor patient condition before, during, and
after procedures, reporting any significant changes. Ensure the
dialysis machine and other medical equipment are properly set up
and used. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance
and care. Adhere to clinic safety policies and procedures to ensure
a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary team members, contributing to team meetings and
sharing knowledge. Strong knowledge of dialysis treatment and
procedures. Excellent patient care and communication skills. Able
to work comfortably with dialysis machines and related technology.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining patient records with high
attention to detail. Ability to respond effectively and calmly in
emergencies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current LVN/LPN license in the state of
practice. CPR certification. Specialty certification in nephrology
nursing preferred but not required.
