Job Description:

Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our diverse team. This position will
be instrumental in providing high-quality care within our network
of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. The
ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving patient outcomes and
will thrive in both facility-based and home-based settings,
ensuring the delivery of exceptional care tailored to individual
patient needs. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled
patients within a facility or at home. Monitor and report changes
in patient symptoms or behavior to supervising registered nurse or
physician. Educate patients about health maintenance and disease
prevention. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess,
plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Maintain accurate
patient medical records and report any discrepancies. Follow all
health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure quality and
safety of care. Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to
handle medical equipment. Strong interpersonal skills for
communicating with patients and their families. Critical thinking
and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time
effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state
of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
