This role offers the flexibility to work day or night shifts in our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. Our RNs play a critical role in providing top-notch patient care and supporting our mission to set the standard for comprehensive, integrated healthcare. Provide professional nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Strong clinical skills with a foundation in patient-centered care Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical EMRs and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse License in the state of employment BLS/ACLS Certification preferred
