Job Description:

Speech Pathologist focuses on providing facility-based and
home-based speech therapy services to patients with diverse needs.
By contributing firsthand to our robust inpatient rehabilitation
hospitals, home health agencies, and hospice agencies, this role
enhances our mission to restore strength, ability, and hope to our
patients. Successful candidates will provide tailored therapy,
aiming to improve communication, swallowing dysfunctions, and
cognitive delays, ensuring integration of care across all aspects
of patient interaction. Assess patient speech, language,
cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills to identify areas
requiring therapy, Develop and implement treatment plans tailored
to individual patient needs in alignment with physicians and other
healthcare staff, Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments
accordingly, Maintain accurate patient records, documenting care
plans, progress notes and billing information, Provide patient and
family education on communication strategies and coping mechanisms,
Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals to plan and
coordinate patient care, Stay updated with latest developments in
speech pathology practices and technologies. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills, Ability to work collaboratively in an
interdisciplinary team, Expertise in various speech therapy
techniques and evaluation tools, Proficiency in handling both
pediatric and adult caseloads, Capability to adapt treatment plans
to home or facility environments. Medical Insurance Dental

Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American
