Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to emergencies. Engage in continuous learning to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs. Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve care delivery. Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures. Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions. Contribute to departmental goals and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans. Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Texas with BLS and ACLS certifications. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting. Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond to emergencies. Effective communication skills to engage with patients and families. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Understanding of safety protocols and infection control measures. Skills in triaging patients based on severity of conditions. Ability to document patient care accurately and maintain records.
