Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel job in San Antonio, Texas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Echo Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n Echo Technologist - Echo Tech /n/n Job Details: /n • Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with weekend requirements /n• 24-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week /n• Perform 75-80 echocardiograms daily, mostly portable procedures /n• Must complete echocardiograms independently with knowledge of anatomy and disease processes /n• 2 years of hospital experience required /n• Active RCS or RDCS certification required /n• ARDMS certification required /n• BLS certification required /n• Preferred skills include TEE, stress echoes, vascular, and Meditech experience /n• Work with Philips IE33 and Epiq CVX equipment /n• Document in Meditech system /n• Must be available to float as needed per facility floating policy /n• Call requirements will be discussed during interview /n• Dress code: sage scrub tops with black bottoms, maintain clean and neat appearance /n• Body art should be covered when possible, visible piercings other than ears prohibited /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility has been providing high-quality care for more than 50 years and was the first hospital established in what is now an internationally acclaimed medical center.
