Fredericksburg, Texas, 78624! Job Title: Registered Nurse

License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS,
NIHSS, TNCC Must-Have: Candidates must possess 3 years of recent
Emergency Department experience. Description: The position involves
working in an Emergency Department with a total of 11 beds.
Staffing includes a charge nurse and several RNs and PCTs on both
day and night shifts. Patient ratios are typically 1:2-3. The unit
is equipped with various technologies, including Phillips monitors,
HillRom beds, and Lifepak 20e defibrillators. This role includes
performing procedures such as STEMI protocol, Stroke protocol,
Conscious Sedation, and Intubation. Candidates should be friendly,
honest, flexible, and possess superb critical thinking skills.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure is essential.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate compassion and a sense of
urgency when needed. Every other weekend commitment is required,
