Registered Nurse (RN) | Trauma Intensive Care Unit Location: San Antonio, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,943 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: February 17, 2026 Location: San Antonio, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 guaranteed hours per week, rotating weekends, no call required Highlights: Critical care environment specializing in cardiovascular and heart-lung transplant intensive care Exposure to advanced cardiac devices including IABP, Impella, ECMO, and ventricular assist devices 13 to 26-week assignment with device training provided by the facility Meditech electronic medical record system Post-CABG, post-VAD, and post-catheterization patient population Opportunities to work with hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and CRRT Requirements: Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted) Minimum 2 years ICU experience required Current ACLS and BLS certifications NIH Stroke Scale certification required Strong critical thinking skills and proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring including Swan-Ganz catheters and arterial lines Ventilator management experience required Preferred: IABP exposure, CRRT experience, and Meditech charting experience Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a highly specialized cardiovascular intensive care setting where you'll care for complex cardiac patients requiring advanced life support technologies.
