to dialysis 3 days/week in the Medical Center (Davita Floyd Curl).
She's hard of hearing (but refuses to wear her hearing aids). She
uses a cane, however, still needs some assistance with walking (for
stability). About the care needs: We would like to have the same
caregiver (female) for each day/shift. Services needed include:
mainly transportation but may have additional tasks as we move
forward.
