Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: San Antonio, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,941 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) – Texas Start Date: February 18, 2026 Location: San Antonio, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 36 guaranteed hours per week, rotating weekends, no call required Highlights: Specialized CVICU position with device training provided by the facility 13 or 26-week assignment in a renowned medical center with over 50 years of excellence Exposure to advanced cardiac procedures including post-CABG, post-VAD, and post-catheterization patients with cardiac support devices Work with cutting-edge technology including IABP, Impella, ECMO, and CRRT Meditech electronic medical record system Floating policy applies per facility guidelines Requirements: Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted) Minimum 2 years ICU experience required Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring including Swan-Ganz catheters and arterial lines Ventilator management experience Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced critical care environment Preferred: IABP exposure, CRRT experience, and Meditech charting familiarity Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a highly specialized cardiovascular intensive care unit within a faith-based healthcare organization committed to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
