Compensation: $130,000 base salary What We Offer: RVUs applicable Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k), group life, and accident insurance Annual CME allowance CME PTO Paid Time Off Malpractice insurance coverage Employee discounts $400 per Saturday for required Saturday shifts What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based protocols Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3–5 clinic staff members Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure lab compliance Partner with our Physician Medical Director to maintain the highest standard of care What We’re Looking For: Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP (required) Active DEA registration (required) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred A genuine passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient transformation Schedule: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Two Saturdays required during months with five weeks Training: Two consecutive weeks, Monday–Friday First three days virtual (Microsoft Teams) Remaining sessions in person at our Austin clinic Ready to lead with purpose and change lives?
