Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for patients within the facility Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed Document patient care services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to adjust treatment plans as needed Provide emergency medical care and routine healthcare, including screenings and preventive care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Adhere to safety, sanitation, and infection control standards at all times Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with electronic medical record systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
