You will provide support to patients by following their treatment plans created by skilled and supportive BCBAs to ensure they receive the care they need to address their behavioral issues. If you are well-versed in using techniques such as classical conditioning and role-playing to help patients’ behaviors, and knowledgeable about treatment plans and modification strategies with good communication and time management skills - you are a perfect fit. If you are new to the field, we will train you to become proficient in these areas so you too are the perfect fit. We have full-time and part-time positions for ABA behavior therapists to work directly with children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum; under the direction of BCBAs, therapists will be teaching various skills like play skills, social skills, and communication skills.
