As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in our operating rooms, assisting with surgeries at our advanced medical facilities. This role requires precision, reliability, and a commitment to providing compassionate care that aligns with our mission to improve human life. Prepare and organize the operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies as per the surgical procedure. Ensure all instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and other sterile supplies. Help in positioning the patient on the operating table and covering them with sterile surgical drapes. Anticipate surgeon's needs and provide them with the necessary tools to perform surgery efficiently. Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection. Assist with patient preparation and transportation to and from the operating room. Keep accurate documentation and surgical logs. Strong knowledge of sterile procedures and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with operating room procedures and various surgical instruments. Ability to respond quickly and accurately under stressful conditions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Capacity to follow detailed instructions and maintain concentration over long periods. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) is highly desirable.
