Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in a high-urgency emergency room setting Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatments as necessary Administer medications and maintain detailed patient records Provide instructions and support to patients and their families Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and unforeseen patient complications Strong clinical skills in a high-intensity healthcare setting Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills Capability to perform effectively in stressful situations Proficient in using electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification preferred
