Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Fredericksburg, TX Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,122 to $1,316 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title MLT - Laboratory City/State: Fredericksburg, Texas Shift: Nights, Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 02/25/2026 Job Description: The MLT in the Laboratory will be responsible for conducting data collection and performing laboratory procedures using various types of equipment. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work weekends and nights when needed. Responsibilities: Conduct blood bank/type and screens Perform chemistry and hematology tests QC, correlations, and maintenance Requirements: MLS(ASCP) certified with a Bachelor's of Science or Associate's in Science Experience with blood bank, chemistry, and hematology Preferred skills include micro grams staining, set-ups, and PCR testing Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
