Coordinate patient care activities in assigned areas to ensure delivery of high-quality, efficient nursing services. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, facilitating a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of best practices. Develop and implement nursing care plans, assessing patient needs and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to review patient care and outcomes, implementing improvements when necessary. Manage patient care logistics, including staff assignments and patient scheduling, to optimize workflow and resource utilization. Contribute to the training and professional development of staff, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical and administrative nursing operations Adept at problem-solving and decision-making Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of employment BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred
