Job Description:

compassionate Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our dynamic team. In
this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a diverse
healthcare setting, ensuring the highest level of care, empathy,
and service to our patients and their families. This position
offers the flexibility of as-needed scheduling to handle variations
in patient flow, with a focus on maintaining excellent patient
outcomes. Administer medications and treatments to patients as
prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and progress while
preparing and updating nursing care plans. Maintain accurate
patient records and report any pertinent changes in patient
condition to the relevant stakeholders. Educate patients and their
families about treatment plans and healthcare maintenance.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate holistic
care. Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Strong clinical skills in patient care and management. Excellent
communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work
flexibly in a dynamic and changing environment. Critical thinking
and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in electronic health
record (EHR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of practice. BLS Certification from the American Heart
Association or equivalent.
