Job Description:

Care Unit (PCU). In this role, you will be at the forefront of

Monitor and record patient progress according to approved standards
Respond to and initiate lifesaving procedures when necessary
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient care
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their
families Administer medications accurately, observing patient
response, as per the prescribed plan of care Educate patients and
their families on prevention and healthy habits Facilitate
transitions of care from ICU to other units or home settings,
ensuring seamless patient experience High proficiency in using
medical tools and equipment required for Progressive Care Units
Strong observational skills to accurately monitor patient condition
Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with care teams
and providing patient and family education Ability to handle high
stress situations with composure and leadership Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart
Association or Red Cross Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred
