Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a leader in healthcare services, is seeking a
dedicated Registered Nurse for our Cardiovascular Operating Room
(CVOR) at our state-of-the-art facility. This challenging and
rewarding role requires a highly skilled nurse to provide
specialized care to patients undergoing cardiac surgeries. The
successful candidate will work in a technologically advanced
environment, using cutting-edge medical equipment to support
patient care, while adhering to established surgical protocols and
safety standards to ensure exceptional service delivery in our
cardiovascular operating rooms. Assist in surgical operations under
the direct supervision of surgeons and senior nurses. Prepare the
operating room for upcoming surgeries, and ensure sterile and safe
surgical environments. Monitor patient's vital signs during
surgeries and provide necessary interventions. Administer
medications and document patient's responses to treatments.
Collaborate with surgical team to review and implement operative
plans. Educate patients and their families about preoperative and
postoperative care. Participate in continuous education to improve
patient outcomes and healthcare delivery. Proficiency in operating
room techniques and aseptic practices. Strong understanding of
cardiovascular physiology and surgical procedures. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to respond quickly
and effectively under stressful conditions. Medical Insurance

registered nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred.
