ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU
for a travel nursing job in San Antonio, Texas. Job Description &

03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12
hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum
of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required.
Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for
extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment.
$750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - CVICU Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Full-time
position • Must have pediatric cardiac experience including chest
tubes, pacing wires, ventilators, and vasoactive infusions • One
year of critical care experience preferred but will accept new
graduates • Required certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
(AHA only) • Texas RN license or compact license required •
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred • Provide routine
and complex nursing care using the nursing process including
assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation •
Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for
side-effects and effectiveness • Document patient history,
symptoms, medication, and care provided • Address complex
psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients
and families • Assess learning needs and provide education to
patients, family members and caregivers • All newly hired
experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within first 30
days • Complete annual competency verification requirements •
