Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - PACU Job Details: • Post-anesthesia care unit nursing position • Number of positions available: 1 • Provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures • Monitor patients' vital signs and recovery progress in the post-operative period • Assess and manage pain levels and comfort measures for recovering patients • Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesiologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records throughout recovery process Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services with a focus on surgical care and post-operative patient management.
