find a qualified School Nurse RN in Killeen, Texas, 76544! Adelphi
is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing services to
students at a school in Killeen, Texas. The ideal candidate will
work closely with the school administration to provide nursing
services to students in accordance with established guidelines and
standards of practice. BD-1174-01 • Registered Nurse • Facility
Type: School • Job Type: Contract • Shift Schedule: Mon-Friday 8
hours a day, 40 hours/ week • Valid RN License • Pediatric care
experience is preferred • Spinal Screening, Hearing Screening,
Vision Screening and CPR Certifications Provide first aid and
emergency response • Manage chronic illness care and administer
medications • Document services in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
