Touchstone Communities is seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse to join our skilled nursing team in Texas, providing compassionate and tailored care for our senior residents. This role crucially supports the holistic health management of our residents, ensuring the highest possible care standards at all times in alignment with our commitment to creating a supportive environment for the elderly. Administer daily medication and treatments to patients as per the treatment plan Monitor patient health status and report significant changes to the supervising physician Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with health care regulations Coordinate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care Educate patients and families about health care management and medication Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high workload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with robust documentation and reporting skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas CPR certification Experience with wound care is highly desirable
