Job Description - Join a thriving 100-provider multi-specialty
group that is actively seeking an Adult Psychiatrist. This is a
full-time, employed position offering a Monday through Friday, 8:00
AM to 5:00 PM schedule with no inpatient duties. The role is 100%
outpatient, focused on delivering compassionate care to a diverse
adult population, including a small percentage of geriatric
patients. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively serve the
community. - The position offers a highly competitive salary in the
$275K–$300K range, with additional earnings through call collection
bonuses. On-call responsibilities are limited to a shared,
phone-based rotation with another psychiatrist in the community. A
