Job Description:
Job Description - Full-time employment with a guaranteed base
salary of $400,000 with a tiered wRVU incentive - Performance
incentive of up to $10,000 per year - Sign-on bonus - Relocation
assistance - 10 Days of Call - Call Stipend of $1,000 for any call
day over 10 days/mth - 25 days Paid Time Off (PTO) - 6 paid
holidays as designated by Peterson Health - $5,000 CME allowance -
$1,000 annual allowance for subscriptions to professional
publications and professional membership dues related to area of
practice - 40hrs of paid leave annually to obtain continuing
