Job Description:
At HCA Healthcare, we're looking for a dedicated Medical ICU
Registered Nurse to join our team of compassionate healthcare
professionals. In this role, you'll provide critical care to
patients with severe and life-threatening illnesses and injuries in
our state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit. You will work
collaboratively with an interdisciplinary medical team to deliver
the highest quality of care, following established patient care
protocols and contributing to a safe and healing environment for
our patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
for critically ill patients. Monitor patient health and progress,
adjusting treatments as necessary under the guidance of a
physician. Administer medications and maintain detailed records of
patient treatment plans and recovery. Operate medical equipment and
respond to emergency situations promptly. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to create comprehensive patient care
plans. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and
health management after discharge. Proficiency in using medical
equipment designed for intensive care. Strong critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certifications required.
