As a Registered Nurse in Bone Marrow Transplant at HCA

unit, providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing
bone marrow transplants. Your role will be pivotal in offering both
pre-transplant coordination and post-transplant care, working
within a dynamic team to support patient recovery and manage
complex treatment plans. This position offers the opportunity to

technologically advanced environment. Assess patient condition and
administer medications and treatments accordingly Monitor
post-transplant recovery and manage side effects Educate patients
and their families on treatment expectations and post-care
requirements Coordinate with healthcare team members to plan and
evaluate care plans Maintain accurate patient records and ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations Strong clinical skills in
oncology and transplant care Exceptional communication and patient
education abilities Proficiency in electronic medical record
systems Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
