Job Description:

seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical ICU Registered Nurse to
join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care for patients in the surgical intensive
care unit. Our ideal candidate possesses a keen understanding of
the complexities associated with post-operative care and
demonstrates a proactive approach in monitoring and sustaining
patient health in a high-stakes environment. Assess, plan and
implement care strategies for patients in the surgical ICU. Monitor
patient recovery and adjust treatments accordingly. Administer
medications and maintain detailed patient records. Educate patients
and their families on post-surgical care and precautions.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical
professionals. Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) Expertise in
ventilator management Proficiency in IV insertion and central lines
Strong decision-making in high-pressure situations Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
