Ascension is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Travel Nurses to join our expanding network. In alignment with our mission, Travel Nurses at Ascension play a crucial role in providing personalized, faith-based healthcare across various locations. This position offers the unique opportunity to encounter diverse patient populations and care environments, furthering our goal to uplift communities through better health. Provide direct patient care in dynamic settings across our network. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate health records. Administer medications and work collaboratively with a healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Offer patient education and emotional support to patients and their families. Ensure adherence to facility's policies and health guidelines. Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities Strong skills in patient assessment and acute care Capability to manage stress and adapt to rapidly changing environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
